Contact one of our customer support technicians on 0113 239 1755 to arrange a convenient time for us to connect to your PC or laptop. Should you wish you can also use the form on our contact us page. Please also see the Remote Support FAQ section below.

We will then email you a “Session ID” and Password, along with a link to our support website.

One of our technicians will then telephone you to at the agreed time to talk you through the remote support procedure.

The link will then take you to the support website and you will see a box as shown below. You must then type in the session id and password which was emailed to you by our technicians. If you have lost your session ID or password, please click here to request a new one.

You will then be prompted to download and Run a small file which will temporarily grant us access to control your computer. Please ensure that you click the Run button and do not save the file to your computer.

Our technicians will then take control of your PC or laptop and resolve your issues. Once the session has ended Faveo Computers will no longer be able to access your PC and a new support session must be started if required.

Note: To be able to make use of the remote support facility it is necessary for you to have a fully functioning broadband connection.

Is it safe?: Yes, all data is encrypted and is deleted from memory once the remote support session is complete.

Will you always be able to access my PC once I have run the software?: No, once the remote support session has ended Faveo Computers will no longer be able to access your PC and a new support session must be started if required.

I live outside of the UK can you help?: Sadly not, we are only able to offer support to our UK customers.

I can't get on the internet, can you still help?: No, a working broadband connection is required for this service.

Can you remote control laptops as well as PC's?: Yes, laptops can also be controlled by remote control but please ensure they are plugged into the mains.
